Its principal place of business is Ground Floor, G-12, Suyog Industrial Estate, Opp. Vitrum Glass Factory, L.B.S. Road, Vikhroli West, Mumbai – 400083, Maharashtra, India. In this page, “Sheth Publishing House”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that firm, and “Shethbooks” or “the website” means www.shethbooks.com and its mobile versions.
By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer Policy, which together form your agreement with us. ✍️ Reviews, Comments and Content You Post

A parcel returned to us because of wrong details, or because it was refused or unclaimed, may be re-sent only at your cost.

💲 Pricing and Product Information Errors
We work hard to show correct product, price and stock information, but errors can happen. Prices and availability may change without notice. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.
If a product is listed at a wrong price or with wrong information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and tell you. Unless the product has already been dispatched, your order is only an offer to buy and is not accepted until we dispatch it, so we may correct the price and ask whether you want to go ahead, or cancel the order.
When we accept an order, the amount is charged to your selected payment method. We may process payment before dispatch. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 days, as described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
❌ Terms and Conditions for Cancellation of order
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched, that is, before its status changes to Completed, by contacting us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 90820 07800 with your order number. We will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 7 days. An order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Sheth Publishing House may cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a price or product-listing error is found, a payment cannot be completed, or the order does not comply with our policies. We will inform you of the cancellation within a reasonable time and refund any amount you have paid in full within 7 days.
🛑 Fraudulent or Declined Transactions
We, and our payment gateway, acquiring bank and other financial institutions, may decline, hold or cancel an order we suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorised or in breach of these terms, and may refuse service to anyone who misuses the website.
We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and reasonable legal fees from any person who uses the website fraudulently, and to take legal action and report the matter to the police and other authorities for fraudulent use or any other unlawful act or breach of these terms.
